WHO WE ARE
BCS, founded in 1959, is a community choir bringing singers of all ages together, providing an opportunity for artistic expression and musical development. BCS performs choral music from all periods and genres and collaborates regularly with soloists and musical groups.
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
This $1000 scholarship may be awarded to an applicant in Grade 12 pursuing post-secondary studies in music/vocal performance or music education. It has a long history, but has not been awarded every year because it depends on the availability of scholarship funds and the suitability of applicants. To learn more about its history, click here.
